Appointment Schedule through AAA App

 

The Ask An Appointment (AAA) mobile app enables patients to schedule appointments conveniently, streamlining the process and reducing wait times.

The AAA (AskAnAppointment) app is a mobile application developed by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) to help beneficiaries manage appointments for outpatient services at ESIC dispensaries and hospitals. Here are the key features and updates about the AAA app:

Appointment Booking: Registered beneficiaries can use their Insured Person (IP) number or Employee/Pensioner number along with their registered mobile number to log in to the app. They can book appointments for OPD registration at their stipulated ESIC dispensary and the ESI hospital they have been referred to by the dispensary doctor. Appointments can be booked for the beneficiary and their dependent family members covered under the ESI Scheme or Employees' Contributory Health Scheme.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: The app allows beneficiaries to reschedule or cancel their booked appointments.

Language Options: The AAA app supports both English and Hindi as language choices.

Booking Reference Number: After booking an appointment, beneficiaries receive a booking reference number in the app. They need to visit the specified health center 15 minutes before the appointment time and produce the reference number to avail of priority service at the registration counter and doctor.

Recent Updates: The latest version (4.1) of the AAA app has added provisions for Aadhaar number seeding and ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) number generation for insured persons and their dependents.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
