Patients visit the hospital either with a referral from ESI dispensaries or directly.
Registration is done entirely online. After registration, the patient reports to the General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) in the Outpatient Department (OPD).
Most of the GDMOs are post-graduates in their respective specialities.
If the GDMO requires a further opinion, the patient is referred to specialists or the Head of Department (HOD).
The specialists or HODs provide their expertise and guidance on the patient's condition and treatment plan through online.
If the patient requires admission, they are admitted to the respective ward under the care of the specialist or HOD through online.
In-patient care is provided by the hospital staff, including nurses, paramedics, and support staff, under the supervision of the treating doctor.
Diagnostic services, such as laboratory tests and X-Ray imaging, are available within the hospital to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Emergency services are provided round-the-clock for patients requiring immediate medical attention.
Discharge planning is done by the treating doctor, considering the patient's progress and readiness for discharge through online.
Post-discharge follow-up is recommended, and patients are advised to visit the OPD for regular check-ups or as needed.
