STANDARDS OF SERVICE:

Hospital is under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. This Hospital is 100 bedded ISO 9001:2015 certified AIR CONDITIONED hospital. This hospital provides secondary medical care to all the ESIC IPs and beneficiaries who come to the Hospital either referred by Dispensaries or directly to causality. 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Facilities to treat in patients and out patients are available 24x7 from 9 am to 4 pm through OPD Registration and round the clock through emergency / casualty Department.  

There are specialist doctors, qualified medical officers and paramedical staff.   Enquiry Counters exist in the O.P. Department.  Sign Boards and guidelines are fixed at strategic points for guidance. Dedicated may I help you desk with wheelchair stretchers are available at the hospital entrance

 

CASUALTY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES:

Causality Services are located accessible to all the patients from the main gate.  Causality and emergency services are available round the clock on all days and necessary sign boards are available for guidance 24x7 security personal are deployed for safety and guidance.

  

OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENTS:

After obtaining a referral from the Dispensary.

      9 a.m. TO 4 p.m.       

 Access through OPD Registration counters (4 no’s),

AAA (Ask an appointment)

 

INDOOR TREATMENT:

For the needy patients as decided by the doctors.

General Medicine & Intensive medical care services

Pulmonology including asthma and TB clinic

General Surgery including minor keyhole laparoscopy surgeries

Orthopaedics including spinal and replacement surgeries and all trauma cases are attended 24x7

Obstetrics and Gynaecology with family planning services and laparoscopy surgeries

Paediatrics including comprehensive newborn care and vacation programs

Ophthalmology with modern phaco cataract surgeries

Dental and small Incision cataract surgeries (SICS)

Skin and Sexual Transmitted Diseases and minor cosmetic procedures

E N T with advanced FESS and all comprehensive ENT surgeries

Master Health Check-up is available kindly contact the registration counter for this service

Psychiatric services and a wellness clinic are available with a supportive alcohol deaddiction program

SUPER SPECIALITY SERVICES (In house)

Cardiology (consultation and Echo only)

Surgical and Medical oncology including a dedicated chemotherapy unit

TUMOR BOARD FOR CUSTOMISED CANCER CARE

CASHLESS TREATMENT FOR OTHER SUPERSPECIALITY WITH TIE UP HOSPITALS as per CGHS / ESIC guidelines

ICU ( 6 Bedded with all equipment) and dedicated HDU for surgical patients are available round the clock

Supportive services

Nutritional Diets for Inpatients are provided on time.

Wheel Chairs and Stretchers at O.P. Department and Causality.

X-ray, ECG, Clinical Laboratory with Auto Analyser

Ambulance Services round the Clock.

Grievances and Complaints Book at Chief Medical Officer Room Complaint Officer is available in AMS room on everyday from 2 to 4 pm.

 

MEDICAL BOARD SERVICES FOR BENEFICIARIES

COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES:

There will be occasions when our services will not be up to your expectations. In such cases, please do not hesitate to register your complaints.  It will help us to serve you better.  There is a designated Officer whose name and location are displayed in the hospital for attending to all grievances.  Every grievance will duly be acknowledged.  We aim to settle your genuine complaint within 7 working days of its receipt.  Suggestions / Complaint Boxes are also provided at various locations in the Hospitals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER:

The Success of this Charter depends on the support we receive from our users.  Please try to appreciate the various constraints under which the hospital is functioning.  Please do not inconvenience other patients.  Please help us in keeping the hospitals and its surroundings neat and clean.  Please use the facilities of the hospital with care.

The hospital is a non-smoking zone. Please provide useful feedback and constructive suggestions to the Medical Superintendent / Medical Officer of the respective hospitals.
